How did I do it?
I struggled! For FIVE years.
I constantly put limits on myself, telling myself I needed to change my habits "or else...!" Threatening myself daily and feeling so out-of-control.

I would go a few weeks or months without drinking, but I'd always find my way back to the cocktails and bottles of wine, I just couldn't resist!
On top of that, I was lonely. There was no one else in my life ready to make the change. It seemed like no one around me wanted me to stop, because it meant less fun for them. ?
I knew one thing for sure though, my body and brain were no longer on board with my drinking habits, something had to change.
Instead of getting a coach (because back then I didn't know it was an option) I moved. I got out of NYC and went to Spain. I thought a big life change would be exactly what I needed, but when I got there, nothing changed. I was still doing the SAME things, night after night.
One night, during my typical tipsy Instagram scroll, I came across a life coach. While her focus wasn't specifically on alcohol, her goal was to teach me how to "get what I wanted in life" by changing only my thoughts.
I felt like I had tried everything else: I did the detoxes, changed my environment, hit 6 month+ sober streaks and took serious looks in the mirror, and nothing ever stuck. I was all in.
Using basic life coaching tools, and doing a whole lot of self-reflection, I was able to stop drinking in just 2 months. (!!)
In 2 short months I learned how to manage my thoughts, and I then applied it to my relationship with alcohol. I got to the root cause of my patterns and habits and by working on my biggest fears and roadblocks, I was able to finally break free.
The work was so basic and yet so life-changing! I felt like I knew a secret that could benefit so many other women. So I created this program.

PHASE 1 - Diagnosis & Planning | The first phase is about understanding your personal reasons for drinking. Do you drink to cope with things you feel you can't control? Maybe you drink because the people closest to you do. This phase is all about understanding your "Why." You will learn how to set goals and create an action plan (that you can actually follow through on). In this phase you will also get you comfortable with coaching calls and being coached! You'll attend your first coaching call (!!) and watch your peers transform before your eyes.
PHASE 2 - Neural Reprogramming| The second phase introduces tools that will transform the way you think, feel and show up in your life. As women we spend a tremendous amount of energy every single day worrying about things we can't control. In this phase you'll learn how to identify unhelpful thought patterns you currently hold AND learn how to change them. You'll also learn how to identify feelings in your body that drive you to your comfort habits, and learn how to overcome giving into urges.
PHASE 3 - Intentional Living | In the last phase you will pick the life you want to live. You will learn how to be present, experience true pleasure, and make decisions that are true to your values.
